All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia and we ship worldwide. Orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day. All other orders are sent within 1-2 business days. Please allow for slight delays during out peak or holiday periods.

Please note: If your order includes a pre-order item, everything will be shipped together once it arrives. If you would your in stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

• On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your order will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.
